Shipping
- We ship to every corner in all states of India.
- Your orders are shipped from our warehouse through registered courier companies at your doorstep.
- Orders are shipped within 7(seven) business days of confirmation of payment for prepaid orders.
- Normally, purchased items will be delivered to your doorstep within 10(ten) business days from the date of the order placed.
- It may take up to 15(fifteen) days to deliver the order placed during the sale period.
- Delivery of all orders will be done at the mailing address provided by you at the time of placing the order.
- Dispatch of all product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time.
- The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.
- In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
- The order received will need to be signed upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternate person (that can be any family member, friend, neighbor, etc.) who can receive the goods on your behalf.
- Glowy Skin will not be held responsible for products signed by any alternate person.
- Glowy Skin is not responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for damaged products must be reported to customer care within 24 hours of receiving the products.
- Cash on Delivery service is not available.

Please provide your shipping address and payment information. Once you have successfully opted for your payment mode/ made your payment, your order will be processed online immediately and we will ship your order to you.
When your order is received, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order. Then, when your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation.
